Aims and Objectives of the Journal

The aim of the electronic journal “Derzhavne upravlinnya: udoskonalennya ta rozvytok” is to present the results of scientific research in the fields related to the formation and development of public administration systems, public policy, and the enhancement of the effectiveness of public authorities under conditions of new challenges and societal transformation processes.

The main objectives of the journal are:

  • to select for publication scientific papers that provide solutions to applied and theoretical problems of modern public administration systems;
  • to develop methodological approaches for research in the field of public administration at the systemic level;
  • to promote the dissemination of research results that contribute to improving the quality of managerial decision-making at both national and local levels;
  • to create a professional environment for communication among researchers, public servants, and experts engaged in strategic planning, risk management, and crisis response.

The use of materials published in the journal is considered as a potential resource for the development of public administration practices and for improving the effectiveness of governance mechanisms in the context of emerging challenges.
